What to Wear and Bring

The focus is your comfort. 

So wear loose comfortable clothes. 

Bring or wear socks – as while we will have our shoes off – socks help to keep your tootsies comfortable. 

We provide yoga matts to lie on, along with a small pillow to support your neck. 

Bring along a towel to lay on and a second light towel that could be used as a blanket if you feel the cold. While the room will be a comfortable temperature – you will be laying down in a relaxed mode – and so some of you may get cool.
